I recently had the pleasure of conducting business with Villa Crest Puppies, and I can't recommend them enough! Amos was fantastic throughout the entire process of getting my new dog. The prices are very fair, and I appreciated how they stayed in contact with me every step of the way. The deposit was secure, which gave me peace of mind, and they provided essential supplies to take home with my new companion. Overall, the experience was stress-free and simple. I'm forever thankful for my new pup and grateful to Villa Crest Puppies for making it all happen! Thank you. carito cienfueguitos2025-06-04Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We are so happy with our Poodle . He brought joy to our family. My mother picked up the puppy and had great things to say about the breeder and their family and home regarding their generosity and the cleanliness of their property. I'd highly recommend it! They take so much pride in their dogs health and well-being. I definitely want to get my next pup from them! I met the parents and they all looked so healthy, happy, and well-taken care of. I love my Ziggy, aka Mocha. Thank you Amos and his family! Old School2025-04-16Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I found my pure breed, toy poodle on Lancaster Puppies in February 2025. Her name is Tilly Christian. She is a red toy poodle with white markings. She weighed one pound at birth, in a litter of 5 puppies. On 3/22/25 Tilly was 5 months old weighing 6.6 pounds. I wanted a female, toy poodle puppy with docked tail. I’m retired now and have time to raise and train a puppy, which at my age, could be my last dog. My sister’s toy poodle lived to be 18 years old. The Reddit posts criticizing Lancaster Puppies as a “Puppy Mill” website advertiser contain some harsh, unfair comments. My toy poodle Tilly was reasonably priced at $1595 which included breeder microchipping & registration, breeder provided metal crate, documented puppy shots by a local PA veterinarian, three puppy blankets, two containers of commercially sold, raw dog food & a bag of puppy kibble Tilly has been eating most of her life. Amish breeders Amos & Barbie Stoltzfus own a 15-acre property with a clean, spacious, newly built dog kennel that has solar powered electricity, heated floors, doggie doors & artificial grass for potty areas. Plus a fenced in field large enough for horses. But built to exercise their breeding dogs & puppies. Amos & Barbie Stoltzfus personally own & operate Villa Crest Puppies, a commercial breeding business in Honeybrook PA. They specialize in pure breed Toy Poodles, French Bulldogs, King Charles Cavalier, Havanese & Havapoo puppies. I researched the Humane Society “Horrible Hundred 2024” and found my breeder’s name previously listed for lack of kennel ventilation, small cage sizes & a 2023 outbreak of canine brucellosis. My heart sank because I already pre-paid for Tilly. However, Lancaster Puppies reassured me Villa Crest has a newly built kennel. And current PA commercial breeding license. A neighbor’s (running loose) dog caused the brucellosis outbreak in 2023. In 2025, only negative I observed at the Villa Crest Puppies Kennel were the poodle puppies (now 5 months old) were not professionally groomed. In all fairness, some professional groomers won’t razor shave young puppies for liability reasons. Tilly Christian is the SMARTEST, quick learning puppy I’ve owned. Previous dogs were a Cockapoo, Sharpei, and a Maltipoo. Tilly slept on the 7 hour car ride to my Ohio condo. Tilly did not potty inside the crate Amos gave me. While driving home, I stopped near Pittsburgh at a Taco Bell. Tilly peed on the grass outside. When we arrived at my Ohio home, Tilly whimpered a few times, but went to sleep within 15 minutes inside her crate placed on the floor beside my bed. Tilly used her nose to sniff and know I was nearby. It’s been a week since I obtained her. Tilly turned 5 months old on March 22nd. She now responds to her name. She can retrieve tiny balls & toys. She knows the commands “sit & stay”. And learned to use poochie bells in one day! Tilly has never peed inside her crate. She sleeps through the night waking up when daylight enters the room. She can hold her bladder for 8 hours. Crating her at night reinforces potty training. Tilly has pooped inside my condo near the front door & patio doors. But now she’s learned to paw the poochie bells to signal me to open the patio door so she can potty outside. Toy poodles are the 2nd smartest dog breed - only Border Collies are smarter than poodles. Tilly likes to chew on tree sticks & small ice cubes. She has already lost 2 puppy teeth. I microwave her raw food which turns into hamburger after 20 seconds. Ensuring no live parasites are inside the raw meat. Amos also gave me a 5-day supply of liquid dewormer. Amish typically use well water which can contain parasites not found in treated city water. My nephew recently obtained a BerneDoodle from a Berlin Ohio, Amish breeder. “Mac”…is a 3 month old puppy. He had heart worms & severe ear infections that a veterinarian later treated after my nephew noticed them. I definitely recommend Villa Crest Puppies as a safe, excellent dog breeder in 2025! That fact that the kids our fully engulfed and knowledgeable about the parents and puppies was that alone reassured me Gini was for me and my youngest son being a dog lover by ❤️ & DNA. That meant alot to me. I purchased a King Charles Cavalier in August 2022. He was named Koko. He was gifted to my wifes dental practice she works at in AZ. Since we had already bought our Cavalier in April, we new about the Stoltfus' business. Once again we were 5 star pleased with Koko. He also is a dental stress relief for the dental practice. There is no downside to getting one of Amos' puppies. He is top notch in all areas of his facility. You will not be disappointed dealing with Amos and Barbara. John Wallace2025-04-06Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Back in april 2022 my wife and i purchased a king charles cavalier from Amos and Barbara. We named him charlie. He is one of the smartest, calmest, and beautiful dogs we have ever owned. Charlies grew up being a support animal for my wifes dental practice. When we purchased charlie, Amos gave us a tour of the puppy facility. We felt totally satified and reassured that this was no puppy mill No corners cut, no feeling of "just for the money" business. The Stoltsfus family are warm caring people who i feel care about these animals and want nothing but the best. A++
